Best Vegetable Casserole
So simple, nutritious and good. Just get casserole dish to size...

and layer some fresh green beans... |

follow with a layer of sliced potatoes, onions, zucchini and yellow squash and thick fresh tomato slices. |

Pour just enough chicken broth in the bottom to keep the beans from
sticking, add a sprinkle of sugar and some salt and pepper. |

Cover with tin foil and bake in the oven at 375 for about an hour or until all veggies are done. |

Now sprinkle some bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and a touch of butter on top and cook under the broiler just until the bread crumbs start to brown. |
Let it set a few minutes to flavor up. Serve with freshly baked cornbread and maybe baked flounder or baked chicken.
